In 2006 Henrich Properties, LLC was formed as a partnership between Benjamin Henrich and Ceruzzi Holdings LLC for the express intent of developing shopping centers throughout the southeast and mid-Atlantic states. Currently Henrich Properties, LLC is working with area leaders for the development of retail space in the Mount Pleasant, South Carolina area. In addition to pursuing regional development opportunities Henrich Properties is also actively invested in the development of single tenant sites throughout the Southeast.
Benjamin Henrich
President
Ben Henrich has more than 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. Upon graduating from the University of Denver with a B.A. in Real Estate & Construction Management, Mr. Henrich worked with Fuller & Company in Denver Colorado as a Commercial Retail Investment Broker. While working with Fuller & Company Mr. Henrich was involved in the marketing and sales of regional shopping centers throughout the county, transactions valued at more than $100 million. In 2003 Mr. Henrich began work with an affiliated partner of Hunt Realty Investments as a Project Director. Mr. Henrich oversaw condominium conversion developments located in South Carolina, Florida and Arizona resulting in over 700 sold units.
Holly Henrich
Vice President of Operations
Holly Henrich joined Henrich Properties in 2011 with over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Henrich Properties, Holly accomplished several years of operations management experience in commercial retail development and private equity investment real estate. From 2003 to 2008, Holly worked as an Operations Manager, Contract Administrator and Project Director for an affiliated partner of Hunt Realty Investments. During this time Holly was involved with the development and sale of over 500 condominium conversion units located in South Carolina, New Mexico and Arizona. Henrich holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Denver, and a Bachelor of Science from Boston University.
